Grandma and Sophie

Grandma Yaya, aka Grandma Lyla, and Sophie have a special bond. Grandma sits down, Sophie is drawn to her lap like a bug to a light. Within moments of arrival, pictures are being drawn.

By the end of the week, Grandma is still drawing.

However, by now we've worn her to bits and Sophie does some drawing too. Grandma is very engaged in this process. 

"Grandma, play a game with me!" This was the game of the week, a version of bingo. Sophie's special rules.

Sophie found out that she brought matching aprons...holy guacamole, it was better than Christmas!! (Little did she know Kylie had a matching apron too. Pictures in a future post)
