North Shore Bank Ladies

Ten Days! Ten whole days since I've posted! Where have I been, what have I been doing, you may ask. Well, I've been with Kylie. It turns out paying attention to Kylie, plus the Olympics, plus a trip to the cities means not a moment for anything else. Today and tomorrow I have no Kylie, no Olympics (no TV), and I'm hanging out at home. Today's post will be brief, followed by a new post scheduled for the next few days. This weekend we head to the cousin's reunion and camping. I'm sure stories and pictures galore will follow.

Yesterday, as part of our rainy day adventure, we went to visit Jonathan at work (Side note about my brother: Options to call him: Jonathan, the name I grew up calling him, but NO ONE else calls him that, and everyone gets that little smile on their faces about how cute it is that I do. When Kylie is around: Dad. It is just too weird. Even when he refers to himself as Dad, when Jo does...weird. Calling him Jon: sure, it works, but calling him Jon to Kylie leads to confusion. All other names for my big brother should be refrained from around Kylie's delicate ears.At the moment I'm sticking with Jonathan. But what the heck has happened to my world to have to think about such nonsense?). Kylie knew the way, and knew she was in for some serious loot when we got there. A big thanks to all the people at the office, for the attention, the bling, and the treats. It was a great time had by all. Here is a little homage to one faithful blog reader and Jonathan's coworker, Carol:

Note the bling, in the form of pink and "diamond" bracelets. She LOVES them.
