Saturday morning, Jon did a 6K that was a benefit for clean water in Africa. Almost 4 miles is quite a ways for him as he prefers much shorter runs than that, but he did great.
Trying her facing out to see if it works as another option for carrying her. Success!
There was also a race for the kiddos.
Chilling with mom. Turns out she was getting sick here, but we didn't know it yet. On Sunday she came down with a fever that climbed all the way to 105 on Monday night. Two trips to the pediatrician later, she was "diagnosed" with Roseola. It's miserable. High fever (thankfully no seizures) and when that breaks, it's replaced with an intense itchy rash all over. The poor girl hasn't been herself yet. Very clingy, needy, whiny, itchy, no appetite, and tired. Just plain uncomfortable! I wish I'd gotten it on video as on Wednesday night she was using Jon's goatee to scratch her head about as aggressively as a cat uses a scratching post for claws. It was hilarious. She's doing much better today, but still not quite right.

These running pictures are a little too (exactly the same) as Jonathan running in college, and me running when I was 6...Wow.
