Busy busy is the name of the game around here! Quick update on a few happenings.
Fun afternoon with friends....
Holly, Pat, and I ran the 5k last Friday and Kylie cheered. My favorite part was hearing people on the sidelines snickering about the enormous pregnant lady running past them. I was very happy with my time and despite thinking I'd walk the whole time, actually ran most of
it. That was probably the last time until post-Bambino though!
Kylie was in softball (despite us registering for t-ball). We gave it a go, but she really struggled and is just too little. She switches to t-ball this weekend for the remainder 3-4 weeks.
Her favorite thing is the water jug.
Kylie managed to find a chocolate bar on the top shelf...a 3.5 oz chocolate bar intended for s'mores. You see what was left of it when I found it; had no idea she had done it! No belly ache to punish her even. Grandma Rosie has appropriately nick named her "Cocoa." How true. The kids obsession with chocolate hasn't ceased to amaze me yet.
Otherwise all is well enough. I'm getting very tired and uncomfortable, but I am also nearing the end. We have our home visit on the 9th then it will really feel close! I'll be working on getting everything in order this weekend to be sure we are set for whenever Bambino makes his/her appearance!
