Spring? Just kidding!

OK, so none of Minnesota is experiencing anything remotely related to spring. Kylie and I have spent two days together having lots of fun. We got out yesterday and made it home within a half hour of the snow arriving when the roads when from dry to hazardous in literally 15-30 minutes. So strange! She has been a great listener and went to bed two nights in a row with all 5 tickets. I have much more energy left at the end of the night when this happens!

Crafting at the Children's Museum yesterday...what a glimmer in her eye!

So what do we do to endure yet another snow storm you ask?

Build "forts" which consists of piling up every single cushion, pillow, and blanket at your disposal....

Help mom shovel some sort of pathway through the cement snow...

Play games on mom's phone, hopefully not ordering up anything new...

Use new paints from the Easter bunny to make a picture for our Compassion child...

It's pretty intense work...

Why not enjoy lunch on china?

Help mom make cookies (once she got past the deep concern that we didn't have any chocolate chips!)...

And even though neither of us got out of our pj's, combed our hair, or got dirt, why not enjoy a bath with the bubble machine?
As much as I enjoyed my time with her, we're forecasted for another possible storm Sunday-Monday. Agh, enough is enough!
