Random Stories

As I was tucking Kylie into bed a few nights ago, I noticed she wasn't under the sheet. After asking if she wants to be under the sheet and not just the blanket she said, "No, I'll use the sheet after the baby is born."

She's very interested in how the baby does and will eat which has led to some interesting conversations. She can't remember the name of the umbilical cord so calls it the "sucker straw."

During dinner a couple of weeks ago:
K: Mimi (almost 3 year old at Miss Fae's) cried today.
Me: Oh no, why?
K: She wasn't naughty and she peed in the toilet, not in her pants.
Me: OK, so why was she crying?
K: Well, Mimi and I keep going back and forth about who gets to marry Toby.

We about choked on our food trying to stifle our laughter. Apparently she told Mimi a thing or two about who was really going to marry Toby!
