One cheesy grin (cousin Jayda) and one deer in headlights:

One of Kylie's favorite activities at grandma's...feeding the horse!

Yes, Kylie spent 8 nights in a row at the museum (er...I mean, Grandma Rosie's house). I know mom reads this and hope she's laughing right now. Most people know how mom is about her house, but she did well with letting us take it over and even dirty it up a bit!I was impressed by mom's cool given her mandatory 6-day work weeks, some filled with 12 hour shifts. Yuck.
We headed down to NU for yet another 1/2 marathon (my 5th and.....final?), followed by a work trip to the cities for me, and then some Halloween fun. It just worked out for Kylie to be at mom's the whole time instead of driving back and forth. Kylie had a lot of fun being cared for by Grandmas Rosie, Grandpa Jerry, and Grandma Kate (my aunt Kathy). A cowgirl for pre-Halloween festivities and an elephant for actual trick or treating. It worked out well.
These pictures don't show it, but she absolutely hates her hat and had to be bribed...

The cowgirl and Ariel ( Jayda)...

Ready for more loot (completely unnecessary after returning from New Ulm where all the aunts and uncles give out big old goody bags!):

Thanks to everyone to helped make our time down there comfy, especially for the race. We filled up mom's house AND Jon's mom's house and of course, got fed well and good care from both :-)
