Nothing Much New!

Kylie had another weight check today...she's supposed to go in regularly just to monitor her weight gain. Since the last time in (I think about 2 weeks ago), she's gained about a half pound which is great! We're working on feeding her more and it seems to be doing the trick.

I'm somewhat sad to report she's not had her first taste of formula...she just wasn't getting quite satisfied. But she doesn't get much of it and my body seems to be almost keeping up which is good. She much prefers the bottle regardless of what's in it so that has brought with a whole new battle with her. Her personality is definitely coming out and she might just be as strong willed as her mommy and daddy. We also quit solids for about a week as she was throwing up a lot and got extremely constipated. We've since started again, slower this time, and she seems to be doing OK with it.

Kylie is getting stronger and looks to be contemplating crawling- she scoots backwards quite well so I'm sure we're not far off. The outlets now have covers in them. As for any other "baby-proofing"? Well, she might just learn the word NO pretty quickly and we'll be doing damage control as we go. I fear for the life of all my plants that I refuse to place all out of her reach.

She continues to be a little socialite, going to one of three friends' houses when I need to work. All three have kids for her to play with and be entertained by.... supposedly she's a complete angel when others have her. I swear she's bored with Jonathan and I. Oh well.
